Love this app too much but only one problem…

Love this app too much but one problem that it does not show the streamed video on YouTube please fix this problem. Plz.

Things to improve ..

Things to improve ... More stream settings to adjust especially on YouTube , like turn on ads which is important. Secondly, the Restream Chat needs improvement like showing the Membership (paid status) next to their name , like how it shows on YouTube chat or even to show "Member" next to his name in the chat, for example John Luke "member" says... I like your stream .
Btw 4 stars and in general Restream is great and helps the streamers alot. Thank you

very useful however....

very useful however on streaming youtube , on changing titles and stuff , it needs to be thumbnails and tags added to it. everything else is awesome

It works better than many other…

It works better than many other streaming services .. I like the live studio a very promising feature.
I don't like that they add their platform to the description of the video I'm streaming even when paying $19 a month.

Tech guy on vacation... I wish i was a tech guy at restream...

I had an issue with connecting daily motion for an event created on restream and I feel I had to contact the customer support 10 times, and they were always asking me same questions, then they said the tech guy was on vacation. I pay 40 USD per month to have something that doesn't work, that is 480 USD for a service for which the tech guy is on vacation... not cool. I'm tired, I am a creative, I use restream to restream my content and I pay for it to work. I don't have time to try to figure out what are the issues between the tech guy on vacation and the customer support who keeps asking me same questions without fixing the issue. If you advertise a service that is supposed to broadcast everywhere, you need to be a little more clear about what you offer an make it work. You may want to warn the clients that the client will often have a lot of trouble to make it work : not because the client is stupid but simply because the service was not designed properly. If the tech guy is on vacation, then you need a replacement, I work 365 days a year and I don't have time for vacation. My business is everything and all these tech people who are not able to make things work are really really annoying me. If I provided that kind of quality of service to my clients, I would have a horrible reputation. Make it work or don't advertise something that does not work. Thanks

never works there is always something…

never works there is always something wrong. You can message the customer service from your site as there is hno message box then Google chrome wont stream your videos they stick all the time, so they tell y0u to use Fire fox which has no viewer count and now its had a bug on it apparently all week. No one fixes anything and you go back week after week with the same issues. Surely there is a better streaing provider????
